I drafted press messaging for the Long Beach International Kick Off Event on behalf of my client who offered a sponsorship and a participating affiliate who directed marketing and outreach. Over 9,000 media deliveries leading to 831 reads with relevant media, 156 of which were embedded onto other websites according to the analytics the site offered. 18,795 newsfeed impressions (showing the title of our release on varied RSS feeds, websites, etc). Given the opportunity and time I would love to have advised on how to integrate goals they had to create a lasting virtual representation of this project, their website did not reflect the interesting aspect of the actual event or movement of film on the beach. I collaborated and advised about press messaging and possible solutions the group should consider to achieve visibility goals and first steps to managing expectations.
